2. Recycling containers are only available to residents that live in the Longview city limits.  If you reside in the County, please contact the County Public Works Department (360-577-3030) to get a location of the nearest recycling drop-off center nearest you.

   If you reside in the Longview city limits and do not have recycling container, please fill out this request form.

   Note about recycling containers. There are a number of reasons why recycling services have been suspended where you reside. If you live in a single-family home or a duplex or triplex, the recycling container was likely removed due to excessive contamination issues. 

   Apartment complexes.  If you reside in an apartment complex greater than three units, the recycling containers were likely removed due to excessive contamination and because the containers were placed in alleys where accessibility was available to anyone to use. This unlimited access has typically been an open invitation for contamination.
