If your commercial or residential garbage container or residential recycling container is damaged or missing, please fill out this request form. Note on damaged containers. Once Waste Control becomes aware of the damaged container, the repair or replacement of that container will generally occur on your next scheduled collection day. If your container is the 90-gallon roll-out variety, please make sure it is at the point of collection so Waste Control can have access to it. Note on missing containers. If your garbage or recycling containers are placed in an alley for collection, please check your alley for your container before you fill out a missing request form. We have found that in most cases, while they may no longer be where you originally placed them, these containers may have been mistakenly placed in a different location in your alley.
