   Any shopping cart located on any public or private property other than the premises of the retail establishment from which the shopping cart was removed shall be presumed lost, stolen, or abandoned, even if in the possession of any person, unless the person has in their possession is an authorized retail personnel, enforcement personnel or an authorized customer. If you want to report a lost, stolen or abandoned shopping cart, please fill out this form. Please note that the notification process to the applicable retail store(s) could take up to 48 hours for your reported shopping cart to be removed.
