Online Payment Information

The City of Longview offers many online services for residents, including making utility or permit payments online. Remember, when paying your utility bill online or over the phone, be sure to have your 10-digit utility account number and your credit card information ready. No passwords are required to perform either service, and there is also no convenience fee for either service.

  • Pay my utility bill by phone - dial 877-349-8039 and follow instructions
  • Pay my utility bill online
  • Request a change from receiving my utility bill by mail to an online e-Statement. Email us to do this.
