We are asking customers to pay over the phone, online or in our designated drop boxes.

The City of Longview is committed to providing great customer service. We are proud to offer you a variety of options for paying and managing your water, sewer, garbage, and stormwater utility account.
Recurring Utility Bill Payment Options
For your convenience, the City of Longview offers automatic utility bill payment (Automatic Clearing House Debit) (ACH) for its utility customers. An application form may be obtained at Longview City Hall or by downloading the application and information about automatic utility bill payment (PDF). If you would like to establish an on-line profile, you may enroll in our recurring payment program by clicking this link. We now offer recurring credit/debit card payments. If you are not a registered user, please register to enroll in our auto pay credit/debit card payment program.

By check using our payment drop boxes located in front of Longview City Hall: 1525 Broadway Street Longview, WA 98632 Place payment envelope in one of the drop boxes conveniently located in front of City Hall. Please remember to include payment stub.

In Person
When paying in person, please bring your most recent billing statement or notice with you. Always show your utility account number on your check. If paying more than one utility account with one check, indicate each account number and amount paid. Make checks payable to Longview City Utilities.
If making payment to avoid water shut off, payments should be made in person at City Hall.
Keeping Your Information Safe & Secure
Our customers’ security is critical to the City of Longview. For all online transactions, your information is secured. When you use the Pay Your Utility Bill online service and select Utilities, you will get a prompt advising you’re about to enter a secure location. When you select yes, you will also see the “lock” icon at the top of the page signifying a secured site. All payments transactions are encrypted at each step under industry standard methods.
Additional Precautions
City of Longview data is secured using industry standard methods to protect from any unauthorized access. The City of Longview does not retain credit card or checking account numbers for any payment made.
