Life, Health & Safety Improvements
Life, health, and safety improvements are the primary improvements. Exterior painting, foundation, and roof work can also be part of this loan program. Loans are based upon your ability to pay and the existing equity in your home. This project is targeted within the Highlands neighborhood, St. Helens neighborhood, and the south portion of the Olympic neighborhood (north of Washington Way.)
