Center Stage LCC:
Antigone– May 26, 27, 28, and June 1, 2, and 3, 2017
Sophocles’ classic tragedy introduces audiences to Antigone and her uncle Creon. Their country is embroiled in civil war and the decisions Creon makes to assume control of a city lead to a high-stakes clash with a defiant Antigone, challenging their ideals and principles, while also threatening to tear their family apart. The heroine Antigone is regarded today as a symbol of personal integrity and political freedom, while Creon, her co-protagonist, is viewed as either a civic savior or a ruthless tyrant.

Tickets are limited and first come first served. Patrons over 18 can checkout one pair of tickets for free per calendar year.
