Cantus: Christmas

A Rocky Mountain Christmas with Ted Vigil as John Denver – December 17, 2017
Ted Vigil Returns to the Columbia Stage to channel John Denver again with a Rocky Mountain Christmas. Ted will be joined onstage with several area musicians/groups to celebrate the Holiday season with a nostalgic twist.

Award-winning classical/Spanish/fingerstyle guitarist pays tribute to the “Father of the Classical Guitar,” Andres Segovia, through instrumental selections and short stories about Segovia’s life and how Segovia’s work has influenced the contemporary guitar world.

America is about to test the H-bomb, Eisenhower & Nixon are on the campaign trail, and I Love Lucy is the most popular TV series. Meanwhile, Senator Joe McCarthy's daughter just got engaged to a Soviet spy, and Boston detective Maggie Pelletier has to find out who dumped the dead guy in the Harbor. A zany look at love and cold war politics.

Tickets will be available to check out beginning October 3 and are limited and first come first served. Patrons over 18 can checkout one pair of tickets for free per calendar year.
